I'm Karima McKenzie, the founder of Temples Are Sacred, where I leverage my experience as an educator and empowerment activist to promote mental wellness and personal growth. Previously serving as Vice Principal at Henry Snyder High School, my mission evolved through personal health challenges, deepening my dedication to wellness. My focus is on mentoring women aged 30-55, guiding them through their struggles with anxiety, depression, and self-doubt using the T.E.M.P.L.E.S. Method to foster self-acceptance and establish healthy boundaries. This approach helps build confidence and inner peace, empowering clients to unlock their full potential.
